Please note that due to the hemp rugs being handcrafted some minor irregularities can occur, such as loose threads. Please bear in mind that these are an inherent part of the rug and should not be considered a defect.
Shipping | Orders below $200 that do not include bulky items will incur a shipping fee of $20.
Orders above $200 that do not include bulky items will qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Orders that include furniture or bulky items; shipping will be calculated at checkout for VIC, NSW, SA, TAS & South East QLD.

We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For returns within Australia, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit.
