Returns & Exchanges

Australian Returns

We hope you love your Barefoot Gypsy pieces but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For returns within Australia, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit as long as your return meets the below requirements: 

- All returns must be within a 7-day time frame from the delivery date

- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached

- Item/s must be returned in their original packaging

- Gift Cards may not be returned

- Credit Notes are valid for 12 months

Barefoot Gypsy is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. By placing an order with Barefoot Gypsy you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. 

Barefoot Gypsy reserves the right items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.  unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and guidelines.

Please allow up to 24hrs for us to approve your return.

Once your return has been approved, please post your return parcel back to the address listed below. Do not post your return until your return has been approved.

Once we have received your return at our end, we will proceed with processing your credit note, exchange or refund if eligible.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note, after a launch, processing times may take 1-4 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to honour change of mind returns for international orders at this time.

AfterPay Returns

Any returns processed by Afterpay are eligible for an online credit or exchange only. Any remaining payments outstanding with Afterpay will continue to be deducted from your allocated bank institute by Afterpay. You will be then issued a credit for the full amount originally purchased at Barefoot Gypsy.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit where goods are damaged.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
