Orders below $200 that do not include bulky items will incur a shipping fee of $20.
Orders above $200 that do not include bulky items will qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Orders that include furniture or bulky items; shipping will be calculated at checkout for VIC, NSW, SA, TAS & South East QLD.

We hope you love your Barefoot Gypsy pieces but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For returns within Australia, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Click + Collect is a convenient way for you to pick up your orders from our Mornington warehouse. Simply select Click + Collect during checkout. You will then receive confirmation from us when your order is ready and instructions on the collection process.
How do Pre-Orders work?
Our pieces that are available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.
